What color should I paint the ceiling in my living room around a rectangular tray?

The walls have been painted Eddie Bauer's Bungalow Gold and I am not in love with it, although everyone else is. I used the suggested Amber Yellow for the ceiling, and I think the two colors clash. An artist is coming in to paint the tray portion of the ceiling. It will be a sky scene. I have purchased brown leather furniture that has a hint of burgandy, and I plan to pull out burgandy and gold as my accent colors. The furniture looks good with the Bungalow Gold, but I just don't like the Amber Yellow around the tray. I am a big fan of Tuscan- yellows, but maybe just not this one. Help!
