Past girlfriends and wife question?

My wife claims to be unbothered by my ex-girlfriends, yet she checks up on them and if they call me lets me know I spoke so long to (Mary) so I try to stay distant but we're genuine friends talking about our kids, life, etc. I've unfriended some of them in facebook to make her happy and it hurt me knowing I hurt their feelings. I've been married 9 years and still get phone calls, email and txt msgs. I've never cheated on my wife and feel confident she hasn't cheated on me. Anyway, an ex-girlfriend calls me today and ends the call by saying, 'see you, my love... ah, John"... I remember accidentally calling a friend "Mom" when I was a kid and getting teased mercilessly. I'm hoping it's something like that because I have a good time talking to her although there is a history there. What should I do? Unfriend everyone? I'm not a one of the guys, guys... it seems most of my friends are women yet I don't wanna be friendless or irritate my wife. I'm not and never was a player either. Thanks for any perspective.
