Help with 10 key speed!!!!?

I have an interview on monday that requires me to type at least 10,000 key strokes per hour. However, I have been working on my speed for days now and i am stuck in the 7,000 range! :( Does anyone out there know if its even possible for me to improve before monday, and does anyone know what is typically on a data entry test The Bank of New York Mellon in philadelhia to be specific.
