Is eHarmony a waste of money?

I am trying to decide whether or not to use eHarmony, but I am a bit skeptical of it would work. I mean I am not actively dating right now, but want to change that. I am not much for face-to-face pick-ups anymore and I don't really have a wingman either. I know I will have to take abold leap into the abyss world of dating, and I want to know from someone who has tried eHarm and what they have to say about it and whether it worked for them.
