Question about african genocide...AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS THIS?

Africa is messed up might as well send them condoms and birth control so they will not have such big family's then over time they would have food and as far as sending UN troops and not allowing them to shoot is just a waste and most of them are under funded and looked and there will not be peace in Africa unless a responsible force can use force well at least some peace
