My preventation of heredity Baldness.?

We all know that our Baldness heredity comes from our Mother's Father. Well my Moms dad is bald. And my dad is bald. So if i take care of my hair, By using Split Ends conditioner. Using vitamins for my hair, If i do all these stuff, Will i prevent my heredity baldness? Was just wondering..
