Workers comp ohio?

i was hurt 6yrs ago. I have back problems. I have benn MMI a couple of times and this last time i call lawyer and she says that maybe i should call mco about voc rehab or maybe it's time to look for job. I was in voc rehab 3yrs ago found a job and couldn't handle it quit . Now i am stuck should i ask doc about disability which lawyer says no .i feel I can't go back to work with meds i am on and just the irritability of all this crap. I did have a temp spinal cord stimulator put in with complications so now am not getting permanant one . Can anyone help with what i should do next or expect what might happen now ? just confused
