Why do men think that women dont have the capacity to be as succesful as a man?..i wont get mad.I jus wana kno

In history and in the present men have always thought that women can never be as successful as a man.why is that? i not trying to give mena speech on equality and stuff.i just really wana know.i wont get mad.i jus wana know what goes through ur mind when you say "here, ill handle this honey.why dont you go get a manicure".is it because were not as competitive or hormonal or cuz were jus not natural leaders...why do u think that?from a guys point of view...answer truthfully i wont get mad.
