Need PETA contact urgently ?

You must call. PETA is an organization and by the time you flippantly send them an email those puppies could be in serious trouble. We're in the middle of a terrible winter (not sure where you live) and those pups at such a young age can't survive. Send in an anonymous call to PETA letting them know about the location of the puppies and asking what you can do to help. They will not judge you.
