Just had my cat spayed?

I took my cat in to get her spayed this morning and when I picked her up this afternoon, she was exhausted and dizzy although the vet said this was normal after the anaesthetic. I nipped out to work and left her with my partner (who spent the whole evening in bed with the flu) and now I'm home, I've noticed that her right is squinting a lot. I've tried to get a look but after her op, she's not in the most sociable of moods as you can imagine. But she seems to be struggling to open it/in pain when it's open and I'm a bit worried she's caught an infection. I can't get close enough but it looks quite dark and 'cloudy' for lack of a better word? I've tried to clean it with warm salt water but she was getting rather distressed. I will probably get in touch with the vet in the morning but am seeking some advice in the meantime. Could this be the anaesthetic? Or might she have bumped into something due to the dizziness from the op?
