How can I steal A Banshee In Halo 3: ODST Firefight?

It would seem fun to do so. So can anybody out there tell me or show me with a video link how to steal a Banshee on Halo ODST Firefight? I would prefer it to be on the map Windward, but anything helps! Thanks!!! XD
